Birth Art

Process your birth through a guided art session led by me. Based on content from Birthing from Within, this is a great prenatal or postpartum exercise. $50/1 hour session.

Birth Service

If you choose me as your birth doula, my goal will be to build a strong relationship with you to best support you through your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This includes a minimum of two prenatal visits, on-call hours, birth support, and one postpartum visits. $1,400.

Birth Consultation

This service is perfect for those who want the resource of a doula throughout pregnancy, but not a doula present at their birth. This can include assistance with writing a birth plan, helping you prepare for birth, answering any questions you may have, and providing you with the best evidence-based resources. Plans vary from singular consultations to on-call birth support in early labor. Start with a free inquiry call and we can decide the best plan for you.

Postpartum Services

Let me take care of you in your postpartum days, weeks, or months. Postpartum services include emotional support, like processing your birth story, and practical support, like helping you clean your home, feed your family, and caring for your baby so you can care for yourself.
